Carine Ireland leads Invictus Women's Football. For over 20 years Carine has contributed greatly to the growth of women's football. Carine has a prolific background in football as an investor, entrepreneur and philanthropist, providing over US$2mil. in financial aid for in-need youth players management and has an extensive experience in sales, marketing,and administration at all levels of the game. She is a former player and current coach and is a graduate of Stanford University with an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management

Carine's extensive knowledge of the global football industry derives from her unique playing, coaching and football management career where she negotiated her own player transfer from the USA to Liverpool FC, becoming one of the first foreign players in England. Carine was also the first female to train youth boys professional Academy players in Hungary (See story)

She created, funded and played for California based WPSL Women's professional club “Union FC”, finalists of Las Vegas Silver Mug tournament in the first few months of operation and negotiated to bring a WPS women's Pro. soccer franhise to the San Francisco Bay Area. Carine continues to explore global women's football investment though her personal investment fund. She was the only female Founder, General Manager and Director of Coaching of a leading girls US Soccer Development Academy Club in the USA.

Carine co-founded and owns global Soccerbook Consulting specializing in technical player development, commercial, investment, sponsorships/activations and employment in youth and professional soccer. She has operated and consulted for US Soccer Development Academy, NPL and ECNL clubs.

Carine has mentored and extensively trained over 30 players to play for senior and youth national teams in FIFA World Cups, NWSL, A-League and Mexican Pro League. She has trained/advised/represented numerous players to US colleges, National and Professional teams. (See testimonials) and continues to prepare players to compete and study in US colleges. Carine sponsored San Diego Surf Cup, the largest, most prestigious youth soccer tournament in the USA and has owned/operated several college recruiting combines. (Learn More)

She has exclusively managed every aspect of team participation including coaching of the teamsfor over 400 teams/20,000 attendees for tournaments in over 10 US states and created, managed tours for NCAA Women's Champions North Carolina against Australia and New Zealand and the Queensland State Team (see story).

Carine's global international connections have enabled her to arranged fixtures with women's youth Academy clubs Liverpool, Manchester Utd, Everton, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspurs, QPR, Blackburn Rovers, Crystal Palace, Manchester City, Wolves, Leeds Utd and she created/coached/managed California FC's 2014 FIFA Women's World Cup tour vs Wellington Phoenix and Japanese club Shonan Bellmare (See story). Carine also co-managed boys Pro. Academy clubs MTK Budapest, Blsany, Slavia Prague and Admira Wacker.

Carine co-founded and is Executive Director of California based youth, college, national team and professional player training and tour companies Dynamic Soccer (Silicon Valley) and Eclipse Academy (Southern California).

Recently Carine co-founded Soccer Innovation Partners with women's soccer legend Anson Dorrance where they explored international professional player combines as well as small sided game formats.

Carine regularly explores global facility and football real estate investment and player development projects as well as provides advice and guidance to club and facility investors in globally.
