DYLAN N. DEWEY
Born in London to a French mother and American father, CEO and founder Dylan N. Dewey is one of few European based US football agents. He is a licensed FIFA, English FA, and KNVB Football Agent as well as a former English and Spanish RFEF Intermediary (pre FIFA reimplementation of the FIFA Agent Exam and licensing system). He is authorised by the Spanish government to represent minors, has passed a background check to represent minors in England, is US Safe Sport certified and has completed FIFA training to represent minors. A member of the Board of the English Association of Football Agents, Dylan founded Invictus in 2017.

With a dream since the age of eleven to become a football agent in Europe, Dylan has created his network from scratch. He has represented players from Real Madrid, Liverpool, PSG, the French national team, Marseille, Real Betis, and Espanyol. In addition, he has organized trials at clubs including Watford, Nottingham Forest, Levante, Köln, SPAL, and Royal Antwerp.

Before moving to Barcelona in 2019, Dylan attended the prestigious Football Industries (FIMBA) from the University of Liverpool, graduating with merit in 2016. FIMBA is the only full MBA with a specialization in football in the world. He worked as the director of football for a private football academy as part of his work project in the final semester. Furthermore, he compared American, German and youth talent development systems for his thesis.

Before attending FIMBA, Dylan lived in Los Angeles for seven years. He worked at Apple as well as played semi professional football and coached various club teams from youth level to high school. In particular, Dylan led the underprivileged Hawkins High School to the second round of the playoffs after the team had barely won any matches the previous season.
Dylan also has a special passion for education, having served the disadvantaged East LA neighbourhood as a high school math teacher with Teach for America while earning a California teaching credential from Loyola Marymount University. His experience as a teacher has inspired him to mentor and support players whom he represents.
Initially, he moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, the #1 public university in the USA. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's in Political Science with a focus in international relations alongside taking multiple years of Spanish. In addition, he completed the Sports Marketing and Management Institute at UCLA.
While and shortly after UCLA, he completed a number of internships. He started by working for the UCLA soccer team as the team manager, where he worked daily with the university that has produced more players than any other university in the country. Also, he sold college basketball, football and olympics sports tickets for the UCLA Athletic Department. He completed a long internship with the LA Galaxy in the Sales, Marketing, and Grassroots departments as well as worked in the Motion Picture, Literature and Talent development for the largest agency in the world, Creative Artists Agency. While interning at the Wasserman Media Group, Dylan helped organize and facilitate UCLA and Los Angeles Lakers star Jordan Farmar’s summer camp. Dylan also supported American football operations at Paradigm in Orange County.
While at the prestigious Deerfield Academy, where the King of Jordan and Rockefellers attended, Dylan played football, ski raced, and played lacrosse. In his junior year, he studied abroad in Rennes, France with a host family and went on trial at Stade Rennais, who has produced the likes of Champions League winners PSG’s Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doue and Real Madrid’s Eduardo Camavinga. Although he received interest from third division schools to play college soccer, Dylan decided to attend UCLA to follow his dream of becoming a football agent.
