Founder Dylan N. Dewey Welcomes Gary Ireland and Carine Wong Ireland as Partners to The Invictus Agency

The Invictus Agency, a boutique football agency registered in London with headquarters in Barcelona and offices in Silicon Valley, welcomes Gary Ireland and Carine Wong Ireland as partners, the company announced on Thursday.

 

Founded by Dylan N. Dewey — FIFA, English FA & Dutch KNVB licensed agent — Invictus has represented players from clubs including Real Madrid, Liverpool, PSG, Marseille, Real Betis and Espanyol.

 

Dylan has worked for the UCLA soccer team, UCLA Athletic Department, Creative Artists Agency, Wasserman Media Group, Paradigm, and the LA Galaxy as well as played semi-pro and coached youth clubs. Fluent in French and Spanish, he is one of few American European based agents and sits on the Board of the English Association of Football Agents.

 

Gary Ireland has been at the forefront of the global soccer industry for more than 25 years as a highly respected expert in player development as one of the world’s leading technical trainers, clinician, guest speaker, thought leader, author, philanthropist and sports tech and real estate/facility investor. He co-owns Silicon Valley based (SBC) Soccerbook Consulting, advising global investors in technical, commercial and financial aspects of the football industry. He also co-owns San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley player training/player experience company Dynamic Soccer and Southern California player training/global team tour/player experience company Eclipse Academy.
 Gary will sit across all aspects of Invictus services as well as leading the training of emerging youth and professional players as well as technical representation and employment.

 

Carine Wong Ireland has extensive knowledge of the global football industry gained from her unique playing, coaching and football management career where she negotiated her own player transfer from the USA to Liverpool FC, becoming one of the first foreign players in England. Carine is a co-owner of SBC Soccerbook Consulting, and player training companies Dynamic Soccer and Eclipse Academy. Carine has been instrumental in growing womens football as a coach, player, administrator and philanthropist. She will lead the Invictus Women’s Football Division.
